Enter the username or email address registered to your iMD account and the official recovery system will send you reset instructions. If you no longer have access to that email, our support team can verify you manually.

How iMD password recovery works
- Submit the username or email address you used when your iMD subscription was activated.
- A reset link is emailed to the address on file. Delivery is usually immediate — check your spam or promotions folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.
- Open the link, choose a new password, then return to the iMD sign-in page and log in with your new credentials.
If the reset email never arrives
The most common cause is a typo in the registered address, or an account created with a different email than the one you are checking. Message our team on WhatsApp at +92 335 222 0382 or on Telegram at @iMDAppSubscriptions with your username and purchase details, and they will restore access for you. Never share your password with anyone — support will never ask for it.
Subscription expired instead?
If your password is correct but sign-in still fails, your access period may have ended. You can register or extend your iMD subscription and keep the same account and study history. See current plans and pricing for the available durations.
