Privacy Policy
A short, honest account of what this site does with data. imdweb.online is a static site: it has no database, no server-side logging of its own, and no user tracking beyond what is described here.
What this site stores
The only thing imdweb.online writes to your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in local storage on your own device. It is never transmitted anywhere and is removed when you clear your browser data. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
Sign-in credentials
The sign-in form on this site does not transmit your username or password to us, and this site has no facility to store them. Authentication is completed on the official iMD application server, which handles your credentials under its own privacy practices. Anything you type into the form before that hand-off stays in your browser.
Password recovery
The recovery form shown on the forgot password page is served by the official iMD recovery system. Details you submit there go to that system, not to this site.
Hosting and server logs
This site is served as static files by a commercial web host. Like any web server, the host records standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested file and user agent for security and diagnostic purposes. That data is held by the hosting provider under its own retention policy and is not used by us to build profiles of visitors.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or email [email protected], we receive whatever you send — typically your name or username, your question, and any screenshots or payment references you attach. That information is used to answer you and to service your account, and is not sold or shared for marketing.
External services
Following a link from this site to the iMD application, the purchase and extension page, WhatsApp or Telegram takes you onto services with their own privacy policies. We do not control what those services collect, and we recommend reading their policies if that matters to you.
Children
The platform is intended for medical students and qualified professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
- Clear your browser storage to remove the theme preference this site sets.
- Ask us what account information is held, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing [email protected].
- Use the email channel rather than messaging apps if you prefer a written record.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with data changes, this page is updated to say so. The version published here is always the current one.
